Bellevue's Buried History Cemetery Tour will take place on Sunday, Sept. 7th, 2014 at 1pm at the Bellevue Cemetery. This event is FREE (donations accepted).
Did you know that Bellevue Cemetery is the final resting place of…
the first Supreme Court Judge in the Nebraska Territory?
Bellevue's first Chief of Police?
horse thieves and moonshiners?
Attend this year’s tour and you will learn all about some of the “Cops and Robbers” buried at the Bellevue Cemetery.
This year we will have several prizes to give away to tourists such as free admission to local attractions and gift certificates to local businesses.
Our tour is run by volunteers who donate their time and talents. If you are interested in volunteering, click on the "Contact Us" link, or call the Sarpy County Museum at 402-292-1880.
This tour raises funds for both the Sarpy County Museum and the Bellevue Cemetery. Thank you to our many donors for their support!
Our theme ties in with the Law & Order exhibit that will be displayed at the Sarpy County Museum from September 2nd through November 1st. Stop by the Museum for more details!
